What is TechVault?	How does TechVault work?
TechVault is the nationwide center to Archive fire alarm system information. You are the end-user of an installed fire alarm system. It's your responsibility to maintain and keep it operating. Has this ever happened to you?	TechVault is a free service. You choose how much of your system documentation you wish to store in your password-protected vault.   Here's how it works.
You experienced a fire alarm system activation or malfunction. You searched for operational information in vain. Later you discovered that someone had misplaced the manual.	You submit your documentation to us in any format- printed, on disk, through the mail, or by uploading via this site.
Needed access to honest and straightforward information about your fire alarm system but couldn't get through the layers of distribution and limited sales information.	Your information is now available to you or your authorized service organization to access free 24 hours a day from anywhere you have an internet connection.
TechVault will make those costly and frustrating experiences a thing of the past.	If you or your staff need technical assistance understanding or using the information our 24 hour live support will be available to you by phone. There will be a modest fee for this service.
